We use the very good butchers and fishmongers in Deal and all our vegetables are of course from the garden of England.  Working on a basis of 1 member of staff to 10 guests means you will never go short on good service and when ever possible we use our own trained staff for service and always use our very talented Chefs for all of the preperation.  Karen has over 10 years experience in organising weddings and how to create a wonderful wedding day, of which a great part of it, she feels, is great food! Choose from the following types of service, Finger Buffets, Fork Buffets, Full Lunch or Dinner Service, Canapes for the reception to Late Evening Buffets or a Cheeseboard to keep the party goers going!
